Shrifal started in 2023 in Basti, from a simple frustration: dry fruits sold loose, polished to look fresh, with no idea how long they had been sitting. So we began grading by hand and printing the fill date on every pouch.

Three years on, that is still the whole business: buy carefully, sort honestly, sell quickly, and never let stock grow old enough to hide behind polish. Shrifal is founded and run by Prashant Shrivastav, serving Basti, Khalilabad and homes across India.
