Shrifal started in 2023 from a simple frustration: dry fruits sold loose, polished to look fresh, with no idea how long they had been sitting. So we began grading by hand and printing the fill date on every pouch.
We buy carefully, sort honestly, sell quickly, and never let stock grow old enough to hide behind polish.
